Has most of the stuff I go there to shop for. It is generally pretty good quality stuff. Some new, but some used though in good condition. The clothes are mainly used but usually look pretty new most of the time. However, the furniture looks well used most of the time. And sometimes has scratches on it every now and then. But luckily I don't go there to shop for furniture. I go there a lot of times for shirts and pants when I need them. But sometimes lately I've been shopping for things to decorate my apartment with.
Staff went against their regulations to hold my stuff for me that I couldn't get right then (it was almost closing time and just until morning) . I was probably the most annoying customer of the day and I know this because I work in customer service also. Butbrhey were very accommodating and polite, assuring me it wasn't a problem (I know otherwise but I also know they both have to say that and seeing my struggle probably meant it as well, even if out of pity )

Great place to find gems. (Odd, unusual, sometimes rare). Great selection, nice and friendly staff.
Clothing prices are great with a nice selection. They have tag days when certain colored tags are half price. Minnesota Goodwill's don't offer this. Find that their household goods are on the high side. I bought a glass pan at a chain store and it was less expensive than at Goodwill. Their clothes are the best bang for your buck.
