I really enjoyed shopping at Michael's they almost always have what I'm looking for. This particular visit they happened to be out of the particular sketchbook I wanted for my daughter and the staff didn't seem to want to help me find another that was comparable. For this reason I give them only 4 stars.
I love the on-line coupon app. The staff are friendly and the store is well stocked.

ARTS and CRAFTS... artists and crafters rejoice. A little bit of everything; kids crafts and also some toys, paints, clay, woodwork, yarn, beads, cake decorating, and candy making equipment. Houseware decorating supplies too. FYI, Keep an eye out for coupons in the paper or online.
