Last time we ordered pizza, I saw the delivery person pull up. They say in their car and pulled out their phone and started throwing things around their car. Didn't want to interrupt an upset driver. 10 minutes later...they bring my food up to the door. What was so important, that couldn't wait two minutes to deliver our order? Chalked it up to a bad day, we've all been there. Today, got wings for the game. NEVER . AGAIN. Got here quickly, but still managed to be incredibly soggy and tasted like pure vinegar. Won't ever order from a Toppers again. And I'm fat, so that's a lot of lost business.

Ordered online for a later pick-up time. My pizza wasn't started and had been forgotten about when I got there. Some apologies were given but nothing more in compensation for the fact that I had to wait an extra 20 minutes and was late for a meeting. The cashier also gave me $3 dollars in change when it should have been $9. When I questioned her, she apologized right away...almost as if she knew she made the mistake. Food is good so I'll probably still go back. I'll just place my order about 30 minutes before I plan to pick it up rather than earlier with a planned pick-up time and I will ALWAYS count my change there.
We honestly prefer the one in West Ave La Crosse it is quicker and the staff are not so unprofessional. We have not gone here in years because the last time we did it took them like 25 minutes to make a basic pizza and the staff were throwing things around and flirting with each other super unprofessional and inappropriate to do in front of customers who can blatantly see you! Yeah will never go back there again.
My whloe family loves this place. The pizza is so good.
