I go here because it's easy with kids and the food isn't bad, though it's always loud and I've had great experiences, and really bad ones. At the end of the day, what bugs me most is the lack of consistency they seem to have in staffing (FOH and BOH); and it always bugs me that no server EVER knows what the few rotating beers are...
Our server Carissa was awesome! And the food? Twas prime time. I ate much more than I should have but it was oh so worth it. Don't even get me started on the Buffalo Zoo drink thing, quite nice. Quite. Nice.
Don't ever order the carry out. We placed our order from the app, went to pick it up an hour later, and it still wasn't ready. We waited an additional 15 minutes in the restaurant. They forgot my daughter's milk with her kids meal. My meal came with a choice of sauce plus I paid for another one, but the sauce was not in the bag. Stick to eating in the restaurant.
Came here for a Packer game. Nachos were great and the service was decent considering how busy it was. Waitress was accommodating and put some tables together for our group of 10, since the larger tables were already taken.
Best experience ever! If you are Gluten free be confident in your order. The manager, Andrew, came to my table after I ordered to make sure everything I ordered was gf and then made sure everything in the kitchen was good. He then brought my food out separately from the gluten filled food and THEN checked on me after I started to make sure everything was great. Thank you Andrew for your caring service. I appreciate it so much!! 5+ stars from me!!!
