Silverware and glassware were gross. Had chunks of food leftover from dishwasher. I asked for fresh glasses for our wine. These were dirty also. I asked for clean silverware and got soup with another filthy spoon. I am going to report them to the county health deptartment. I would not eat here if you value your health. Gross Gross Gross! Waiter said they have been having trouble with dishwasher and he told manager alot of people were complaining. Why wasn't someone washing this by hand or wiping them down? Grossly mismanaged. Used to be one of family favorites. There are so many better options now.
GREAT SERVICE! We were traveling through Lacrosse, we didn't want to stop for a long time, but wanted something more than fast-food. We called ahead and asked for our food to go, but requested to eat it in the restaurant. They were extremely accomadating, had our food ready, gave us drinks, and were incredibly friendly. We were impresssed!
Delicious lunch at Olive Garden today. I made it out without my favorite Tiramisu. Over 1000 calories
I'd give it a zero if it was allowed. 9 of us in our party. We didn't have a reservation so we were fine waiting until the got a table together, and honestly that was the only good thing about the night. Waited maybe 10 minutes for the table so that was fine. 20 minutes after the two girls sat us, they came back to take just the drink orders, even though we all knew what we were going to order. Then 15 minutes after that they took our food order. We waited about 35-40 minutes for our food, which I thought was a long time considering 5 ordered the same shrimp scampi , 1 kids meSl spaghetti, another spaghetti and 2 had grilled chicken. After that they waited a good 10 minutes to check on us, my meatballs were cold, so they brought me 3 new ones, but the waitress thought I might want sauce on them do she poured marina sauce( I ordered them with out sauce). Then we had to wait another 25 minutes because they didn't k is how to separate the bill, and when they figured it out, the two waitresses could get anything to process.. over 2 hours there and nothing was good. Terrible
Took a very long time to come for drink order, long time to get salad and bread sticks, then wait for refills on drinks, took salad took as good was being served. Super long time from when we finished eating, food dry and cool. He had tour of Italy very small amount of Alfred sauce, lasagna also dry. I had fettuccini Alfredo grill chicken, all cold. Was there hour and 36 minutes.
