My husband and I have had an exceptional experience with purchasing a spa hot tub and having it delivered and set up. From the moment we walked into the showroom, we felt very comfortable. There was no pressure to buy or make a decision. We decided on a hot tub and it was delivered on schedule. Casey, Allen and John were superb and very kind and professional in their delivery and set up. We had some extenuating circumstances and they were very patient. Thank you to all!
Sales process was smooth and there wasn't too much pressure and were willing to work with us on delivery. Price was reasonable considering the product we purchased. Delivery was exceptional and post sale questions were answered willingly with a friendly manner. Product quality seems to live up to expectations, have had it installed over a month now with no issues. Showroom is pretty cool, would refer anyone to Hot Springs looking for a hot tub/spa.
I can not say enough great things about this place and the staff!! They were so GREAT to work with! They went out of their way any way they could to make sure we were satisfied and happy. I Will continue to recommend them to everyone!!!! We've had our tub for a year and we're so happy with it!! I just wish I would have remembered to have rated this place sooner.
Excellent customer service! Helped us the find the perfect hot tub in our price range. No high pressure sales. Answered the many questions we had in a timely, professional manner. Delivery was prompt and went smooth. Highly recommend!
I always feel welcome when I stop by the store for supplies for our tub. They remember my name and let me sit on the great patio furniture.
