Mary was extremely helpful in assisting us in finding some furniture for our new home! She helped us get the best deal and followed through with us until the end, even coming in on her day off! Also, the delivery men, Taylor and Ross were very friendly and considerate, (taking their shoes off without being asked to)! They assembled everything and even put felt bottom protectors on my dining room chairs!! Had a little mishap with one of the furniture pieces, but they took care of it in a timely manner with no questions asked. Very impressed, and will definitely recommend to others!!!
The staff at HOM went way above and beyond helping us pick out a bedroom set, couch, rugs and more. Hannah stayed 2 hours past her shift, Emily, a manager, helped at every step of the process and Charlie who services the furniture came out to walk us through the different types of furniture and what to look for. The prices were fair and the quality very good. The first block of furniture arrived today and it went very well. They called me first, were timely and polite, removed their shoes and had 2 huge dressers, a mirror, 2 night stands, a coffee table and a rug in place, unwrapped and all set in about 20 minutes. It was awesome and I can't wait for our bed frame and sectional to come! I highly recommend this store and these great people!

Was assisted by Brad. My wife and I were there to spend money but didn't want someone pushy and trying to get us to spend more than we wanted. We were prepared to walk out if the salesman were the "in your face " type. Brad was awesome. Helpful, knowledge, but not aggressive.
