I have been getting my nails done there for a long time. Be at place I have found.
The staff was VERY pushy and kept changing the price. They made us wait 40mins for an appointment we scheduled an hour early. Instead of taking our appointment that we were 20 mins early for, she took in some other customer. We ended up leaving. Very unsatisfactory. Quite rude as well.
I have gone to Regal nails for a long time! But since the people who owned it left about two years ago it has went down hill! Prices always changing and nails fall off they don't last! A friend of mine her and two of her daughters got new nails and her girls nails fell off! And they would not replace them for free! Very bad service!
Great nails and great people!! I go here for my nails every time because the people are so nice and everybody asks me where I get them done.
