SO recommend this place!! Great food and service! The owner was wonderful! We can't wait to go back!
Nice atmosphere. I had the double barrel IPA. Good stuff. Prime rib sandwiches on Sunday. Front bar is too small, crowded.
This would have been a five star for excellent service, clean and appealing location excellent beer (and, I am not particularly fond of it). Prompt and courteous wait staff. The appetizer (poutine) was a generous, portion and was done very well. Likewise, the pulled pork wrap my wife ordered was excellent by her response. Unfortunately, I had to take a half star off for the hangover wrap that I ordered. This was not good. The burger was tasteless and overpowered by the residue of whatever oil was used on the flat top, to brown the tortilla and grill the egg.. Needs more cheese, less oil and, some seasoning on the burger. I took one bite and threw the rest out.
Initially it was great, great service and food....then we meant the owner (husband) sorry but a class in customer service is recommended for him. We used to go each Friday and now we drive by.
Beautiful view and great beer. I love the blackened catfish and the flour less cake is delicious. Did not like the poutine and have been disappointed in a few other things. The atmosphere is inviting and restaurant is clean. Sit outside and enjoy lake Onalaska.
