My food was great but the waitress never checked on us.. We almost left because nobody was around for us to pay! We could hardly enjoy our meal due to about at least 50 flies in the place landing on everyone, us, and our food. Disgusting!
We went to lunch roughly 2 o'clock in the afternoon. There was 1 bartender, 3 waitresses. It A good crowd people at that time dining. We sat at a high table in the bar area for 10 minutes waiting to even be spoken to. Place a drink order sat there and watched our drinks sit on the bar for another 5 to 8 minutes later we had watch the bartender take for drinks to another table that had been sitting there for about 10 minutes . Our meal was good the service not so good at all. Not sure if we would go back.
I didn't pick this place my son did.
Terrible food and service. Manager should set up a Go Fund me page so he can buy a belt.
Manager was walking around and his pants were hanging off his fat belly and butt. Disgusting!
Always enjoy the food. a And the service is always best. Prices could be a little cheaper but never the less all around worth my time I'm in La Crosse.

Ordered hamburger. Lettuce wilted. Gave me the butt of tomato and onions old and dry.
Burger was good, fries weren't fresh. There were 3 of us, 2 on 1 check and then myself. Place wasn't busy, got there about 4:40 Sun, and had ordered within a few min. Over 30 min later we asked about food, waitress said it would be a few more minutes but that there's nothing she could do about how long it took. At one point a manager walked past, kind of circled and then back to the back end of bar. At Other places, manager is usually touching base with customers but not him. Looked like he was just kind of doing his required rounds. Then the family of 6 that came in about 10-15 after we did, got their meals. Several min later waitress and manager came by, he sat down our meals and said he was taking 50% off. OK. Bills came, mine was full charge but took 50% off other bill plus my 50% off the other bill as well. Had to have waitress straighten that out. Took about 40-45 min to get food. Hate to see how long it would take if the place was busy.
Played with the lettuce to entertain my grandchildren. Pretending it was a soggy leaf blowing in wind.
There was a burnt fry or something on my plate by lettuce. When I asked waitress what it was she said probably part of the hamburger.
Hamburger came apart not even a formed patty. Fries were cold might have been leftovers from someone else's plate. Yuck.
