We had a great experience with this vendor. At every other furniture store we visited that day we were immediately swarmed by salesmen-vultures upon entering the store. Not at American Mattress. Dave (owner) greeted us with a simple "hello, have a look around and let me know if you have any questions".
If you go anyplace else to buy a mattress...your crazy!!! Walked in on a Sunday afternoon, met at the door by the owner...asked what he could help me find, told him what my price range was and picked out a very comfortable Serta mattress. The mattress was a bit more than I wanted to spend...asked him if that was the best he could do, he went over to his desk, came back and ended up getting a great mattress for 40 dollars over what I wanted to spend. Thank you David for helping us get a great mattress at a great price!!! Will absolutely go back if I ever need another mattress
We ended up special ordering a bed/mattress combo, and Dave bent over backwards to accommodate our needs. In a day and age when commission seems to be the only goal of a furniture salesman; our experience with this business was very refreshing. It's truly great buying from somebody who goes above and beyond to show they appreciate your business.
We bought a king size mattress and adjustable base from Dave and George. This was a huge purchase for us and so a little scary, but these guys were great--they gave us a lot of information, were very friendly without being overbearing, and guided us to the best purchase to fit our needs. The delivery process was excellent and we love our new bed, so really I can't say enough about our experience with America's Mattress. We will recommend them to anyone whenever we get the opportunity.
