I don't leave reviews but I am very disappointed. I called them yesterday morning and they promised to call me the next day. Well, it's been almost 48 hours and no contact.my basement has a inch of water in it. I called them just now and they said they don't know when they will come out. Pretty disappointed. I canceled an appt with ServPro, and I regret it. Will be calling the other company now.
They hire very unprofessional people, some of there staff was rude, and i would never suggest them for a job or for cleaning a business. I was blown away by there staff, very rude, not clean and presentably, two "in charge" people at gunderson were rude greasy gross hair stained shirts and very unprofessional. I also know other people that work for them that do drugs. This is the Onalaska wi office and workers at gunderson clinic Sparta.
