The Onalaska center smells terrible. I should have stuck with my gut and not signed up, but I did. I paid for two years in advance then was notified that I had a annual upgrades fee that was due.
I called him to discuss it, and he was too arrogant to talk to. He informed me it was in the contract that I signed. I told him I asked if there were any additional fees and I was told "no". He said I'm a liar and it's only $25, just pay it.
I have been a member for about three years. I personally have only been to the La Crosse location. The staff are super friendly and nice (their hours are posted in multiple places as well as phone number if needed). I have used their personal trainer Emily and she is wonderful! I highly recommend this gym (:
Long story short, he's a very rude person who refused to even hear me out. This is a customer service day in age, you need to treat people with respect and dignity. He did neither. Regardless of how the gym is, I would not recommend his service to anyone, he's completely disrespectful.
