I ordered an arrangement as I live out of town and looking for arrangements online were so expensive. I was very pleased with the arrangement they created. They were very efficient in delivering them the next morning. I will use this florist in the future.

I was in a pinch to have flowers delivered to a friend. I found Floral Visions online and called there. Even though they were just about to close, the sweet girl on the phone (Kayla) told me she would put something together and deliver the flowers on her way home. WOW!! Now that is superior customer service and she couldn’t have been any nicer! I will definitely be using Floral Visions for all of my floral needs in Onalaska. Highly impressed!!
It was a cold, brisk November day. The sun was shining but the day was gloomy. I knew I was in the doghouse. I had to act fast to save myself. I found Floral Visions and knew that they were the answer! They sent over a beautiful bouquet at a great price. They even customized the bouquet and sent me a picture before they delivered it! Fast forward 24 hours, I am still in the doghouse, but she loves the flowers. Depending on how this shakes out, I would like to use them for our wedding, or my funeral if she is still mad at me. Truly awesome experience. I sent sympathy flowers to my soon to be mother in-law since I could not attend her mother in-laws funeral. I gave her my budget and style preference. She went above and beyond to make sure I loved the flowers by sending me a pic before they were sent out. My fiance and I will be using her services again this year for Mother's Day and any occasion after that we need flowers for. She did a fantastic job.
