Placed an order on Cyber Monday they apparently needed some information verified they sent me an email in the afternoon on 12/1/17 in the afternoon, stating the order would be cancelled if I didn't verify information. I didn't check my email Friday and the item was cancelled by Monday morning with no options to re-order for the same price. Poor customer service... They had my phone number the whole time could have called.. Some places just don't care about your business. Spent over $1000 with them in the past 3 months to bad I will be taking my business elsewhere.
Great store. Always asking for help. Prices could be a little better. Great place for TV variety, and phone accessories.
I went in on Friday 12-01 around 5pm to buy a Nintendo Switch. The store was very quiet with few customers and even fewer salespeople. We were unable to find anyone to help us and left the store without buying the merchandise. And Best Buy wonders why business has dropped off.
I went in with some questions about chromebooks, and was pleasantly surprised with the knowledge and friendliness of the person who helped me. He wasn't pushy and even showed me some things at lower price points to try to get me into a price I was comfortable with. The only reason for a 4 star rating is the few options for chromebooks in my price range.
Best Buy is always a pleasure to shop at. All the employees are quick to greet you and ask if they can help you with anything. They're very personable and don't try to rush you through anything. They take their time to make sure you understand everything when you are asking about their products. The store's main floor and especially the bathrooms are always clean.
