General merchandise greeter does not greet Asian customers. She's an older Caucasian lady, blonde hair. My mom and I walked by and she completely ignored us, saying hi to the Caucasian customers behind us instead. It doesn't end there, the same thing happened when we walked out.
Some stuff in the food department are really overpriced and the staff from the photography department in Onalaska could be way more friendly. It is not a good time when I need anything from that department.
I love shopping at Wal-Mart. It's my 1st choice for shopping every time. They always have low prices, everything I ever need I can get all from this one store. I can even get everything I ever need for my turtles. The customer service is great all the time. The employees are always smiling here. And the best part of Wal-Mart stores is they always stand by there products and you can return items easy here.
I found this suspicious so I came back for a total of 3 visits and the same thing happened, she ignored us! This is very disrespectful. I've reported this to their manager, John, and to their Coporate website.
Very neat and organized. Had no trouble finding everything I needed.
The next time I see this happening I will be sharing the entire incident on YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter. They're better off not even having a greeter if they're going to discriminate this badly.
