Complete lack of professionalism. Towed my sons vehicle after an accident on a Friday. Then told them we could look at the vehicle Monday. So when we went Monday morning...there was a $40 a day fee for storage.... that was never told to us or discussed until pick up... now paperwork given to my son...nothing what so ever.... said the only way to get money back was to sue. Why should he charge a fee for 3 days when we were told not to get it or even look at it til Monday. They also keep bringing up this contract with the city...thats fine but we werent notified by them or the cops there was a feww... we had no contract as no paperwork was given to my son... and the vehicle is in my name and I was never asked or contacted. Im just amazed they can tell you not to pick ur vehicle up until Monday and then assume you know there is a charge and treat you badly because you didnt know there was a sign at their shop or that it was industry standard... industry standard should be telling the consumer what fees will be applied. Not cheating them out of money when they come in for their vehicles
I have been bringing mine and my wife's vehicle to Del's for about a year now and have been very pleased with the results. I used to work inside the automotive industry and therefore have a decent understanding of cars and service departments. The team at Del's are one of few places I fully trust when I bring my cars to them. They never pressure or try to over sell anything but they will let me know if an issue may come up that should be brought to my attention. At the end of the day, Del's does not do cheap work, they do quality work at a fair price. I am proud to call myself a now loyal customer and I refer them with the utmost of confidence. The team at Del's are car people through in through. They have a deep respect for their customers as well as for the work they do. Quality mechanics are not expensive, they are priceless.

I've taken my car here in the past and was really surprised when I called in to ask a question and was talked down to from the start. I don't pretend to be completely car literate and realize I may ask what may seem like "dumb questions" to those that are. However, that is no excuse to be condescending to your costumers who are asking for your help. I appreciate the call back and explanation. However, it was really disappointing that the understanding for other people who may not know as much as you was not there. My business would certainly suffer if that was the case. I will gladly take my business somewhere else.
